How long does shipping take?

Orders usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within the UK. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you’d like your order faster, you can select priority shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 15 days from the delivery date, as long as they are:

  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition you received them

Do you ship internationally?

No — at this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, contact us within 24 hours at: fashionbrowse.store@gmail.com

After 24 hours, your order may already be processing or shipped, and changes may not be possible.
